Well my weight is back up to 185.2 and my body fat this time was 30.2....like I said before not sure how accurate the scale is. I have done all but Fridays workout...I felt pretty blah that day and never got around to doing it. I ate pretty well this week still having trouble syncing my phone with the computer for the food diary. I think in another week or two I will start going to the gym along with Insanity...not sure yet just depends on how much time I have...hope you all did well on the 1st week...GOOD JOB for completing it :)

oh yeah I'm gonna guess my weight is back up due to all the inflammatory responses going on in my body...the start of a new program, being sore and well just female in general I retain more water....its all good though keep it up is all I can tell myself

Don't forget added muscle mass. Lean muscle is far weightier than fat, so while you may have gained due to inflammatory responses you also have been working out like a demon on 'roids! ;) Keep at it, I think in the next week or two you'll see a dramatic drop.
