I have been battling with weight since my mom passed in 2005. I have lost over 40 pounds and kept it off up until recently. I have gained about 20 pounds back give or take...I'm blaming it on the stress in my life, not eating well and well injuring my foot again. I am wanting to get back in the game...and there is no time like now so watch out here I come. I will be posting before and after pics of what I look like in a sports top and shorts I believe that pics can say a thousand words and it helps you see your progress....so if you don't like what you see don't look at it :) that has been my motto for a long time and it works. You can see my weight if you are wanting to...just a quick reminder that muscle weighs more than fat and I by all means do not look like I weigh that much...I'm here for encouragement, motivation and to get back into shape if you want to help great I am not looking for people to get me down...I am human I might slip up here and there but I will be focused on staying on track just like all you good people.
