Alright, last night I weighed in at 9pm and was 141. I just weighed in this morning at 6 am and weighing 139.6 I am where I was back in January of last year. To the exact pound. So, I know what I need to do. At least I am in my 130's again, even though I am .4 lbs from 140. I have to stay positive and getting back into my You on a Diet book to restart myself.
