Ok...today I am back on track. I have said this several, times but am really ready to change my eating habits for life. For me, I can't fudge much as it effects my health and my weight quite a bit. So, I am going on induction for probably a month or two until I get at least 15 lbs off and then I will go to OWL. I am not sure how often I will be weighing in. I don't want to be consumed with that.
So much is going on in my life now... daughter and grandkids have been living with us for several months, which has been such a joy. Just found out my oldest son is engaged, but we haven't met the gal...she seems so very sweet and I am so excited. Oldest son just recently became an airborne ranger... so proud, but as a parent a bit concerned, and my youngest daughter just moved into her first house on her own. SO much to be thankful for... God is good. Now to start taking care of myself again... as I am so disappointed in myself. Well...here I go...
