steady for the first time in a long time,but at least i got all that water weight off. i am starting this next week in a good spot,and i hope to be back in the 140's by my next weigh in.looking forward to it!!!
my throat woke me up last night so i will heading to the doc when i take claire for her 2 year check-up. also to make matters worse my tom is all screwed up again,and i have even been on birth control the last two months trying to get it fixed. worked for a while, i guess i'll just have 2 tom's this month again!ugh!!!!!8-<

I'm glad your going to the doctor to get your throat checked out, I had a soar throat for a week before. when I went to the doctor turned out to be strep throat. They gave me antibiotics and I was feeling better the very same day. I'm going off birth control and might be having to deal with TOM TWICE this month to, not looking forward to that.

cobra...im with you...that would be very bad...i hated it once in a while much less 2x a month

thank you for your empathy,cobra fan! and yes,veggies,it's not fun,but i should be getting used to it by now as long as it's been going on! it's soooo frustrating!
