Well. I'm up to 20 miles now. I believe 26.2 is quite possible. And I found out a little more about how to sustain my strength after "the wall"!
Plus, counting calories isn't much of a problem after such mileage! I'm going to do that again on Thanksgiving Day, so I can eat without guilt!

Hey YOU! I haven't seen you post FOREVER! It's good to hear you are doing so GREAT! Thanks for commenting on my journal! I am doing great with my running and my mileage.....not so great with weight loss. I told you about TNT , right? They are AWESOME! I just need to earn $1700 for the fund raiser! IT goes to such a great cause! I am above what our coach wants, but I want to stick with our team on long run days, so I will keep doing what I want on weekdays, and do what the coach wants on our Saturday runs. My marathon is on April 18th! Kind of a long way away, but I need the time to prepare! What did you discover about keeping your strength after "hitting the wall"? Give me some coaching!
