Thanks for commenting on my journal! I am doing great with my running and my mileage.....not so great with weight loss. I told you about TNT , right? They are AWESOME! I just need to earn $1700 for the fund raiser! IT goes to such a great cause! I am above what our coach wants, but I want to stick with our team on long run days, so I will keep doing what I want on weekdays, and do what the coach wants on our Saturday runs. My marathon is on April 18th! Kind of a long way away, but I need the time to prepare! What did you discover about keeping your strength after "hitting the wall"? Give me some coaching! I would love to hear it!
