YEAH!!! I had a very long and stressful day at work yesterday. When I got home I was so hungry and had BIG time cravings. I was VERY close to eating some vanilla wafers, chips and what I was cooking for diner for my kids and hubby. Then I thought, OK so I'm doing a long round and maybe I should move on to phase 3 and finish this right so I don't regain. Then I thought -I should just get thru today, see what the scale says tomorrow morning- So this morning I weigh and I lost almost
3 lbs from yesterday morning. . .Oh yeah, that's the motivation I need.
This long round ends in 2 weeks. My hope is to end in the 220's. Hope I can hang in there.

Congrats for the loss and for not giving into temptation!! The next two weeks will be over sooner than you know it and you will def be in the 220's. Keep it up, xoxo

What a great plan to just say to yourself to hang in there one more day. There were times when I felt frustrated and discouraged on Phase 2 and I also hung in there one more day and got by it. Great job!! Kudos to you for staying strong!! Ellie
