Still nursing the dang cold. Made a pot of vegetable soup today, light on the veggies, tons of chicken broth and garlic...should chase this cold away!! Being stuck in bed with a computer and credit card are dangerous. Did a little internet shopping...bought a universal system for our home gym. Already have the treadmill, recumbent bike, TV mounted on the wall, mats, bands, balls and appropriate DVD assortment...only thing left is a rack of free weights, paint the room, put up the wall of mirror!! Got the BodyMedia keeping track of it all.....got the food thing figured out finally...Watch out world here I Come!! :)
