Hang in there. I've been losing at a snail's pace too. We HAVE TO keep going and it will add up eventually!

Plateaus stink, we all have them, & then we don't. Remember to just keep it up, & the scale will show results...Look how far you've come, that is what helped me when I plateaued!! Hugs, Heather
