OK it was time to update my bio finally. I am 32 & mother of 3 great children ages 11, 4, & 8 months. I am trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 115 (really it is 112-113) but I will be happy with 115 & see then how I feel once I get there. Things are usually very hectic, so I try to work out when I can, but this last 5 lbs has me for a loop, I just can't take it off using my old bag of tricks, so I just ordered the Atkins book, we'll see b/c I'm not sure I could or would want to do that for life. I do plan to modify that plan & blend it with what I've learned in the F factor book though, so we'll see. I'll keep you posted, & look forard to hearing any tips you have & I'll do the same- Pic is hard to see, but yes that's me in our messy house!
