I did 50 more crunches this morning....Last night I completed 100. (4 Sets of 25) I will keep it up, and hope I can see some results soon.

You'll definitely see results doing that everyday! Way to go! I should really do crunches...I think you just helped me here realize I NEED to get moving...100 a day, hu? I think I'll join you. Wish me luck ;O)! Have a good day!
