I seem to be going up a couple of pounds and then losing it. Losing the same weight over and over again; it's very frustrating.

It's my birthday too, 37 years old...and I am feeling the birthday blues. Why aren't birthdays fun, like when we were kids?

I know exactally how you feel about the same weight, over and over again. It's so hard to take off and so easy to put back on with a little extra. Birthday's were so fun as kids, with family and friends all around, now it just seems like another day. Try to do something to make it special, even if it's just to call an old friend that you haven't talked to in years. Memories can be just the pick up you need. WOW! I just saw how much you've lost. You know what you're doing! You can do it!!
