I went a little crazy with the eating last night...usually a salad is enough for lunch. However, I was absolutely starving before I even went to the gym last night (the subway breaking down and having to sit on it for an hour and ten minutes instead of the normal half an hour drove me nuts.) So, instead of just doing the elliptical, I tried to do the workout that I intended, that is 20 minutes on the Stairmaster and 45 minutes on the elliptical. I only got through the 20 minutes on the Stairmaster. I thought I was going to pass out on the machine...I think I had absolutely no blood sugar at that point. So I went home, and was chowing down on the Laughing Cow while the chili was still microwaving. So I ate the bowl of chili and I should have waited 20 minutes before I got another bowl...but old habits die hard and ate another bowl. It's very frustrating when I binge like that. I guess the good part is that the binge didn't inclue a bag of Doritos or 10 cupcakes.
