Awesome. :-) I've fed my 14-month-old the same things I eat for lunch and he's getting much better food than he was before. I didn't realize how much junk I had been feeding my son until my grocery list changed to lots of good produce, lean meats, and whole grains. It's so much easier to eat well than I originally thought it would be. There have been a lot of super healthy products introduced to mainstream grocery stores since these diets have become popular. Keep on working out! Good job!
