Hey!! My Name is Elizabeth. I am 29 (I will turn 30 in March), and am married with 2 beautiful daughters (8 and 4). I am an emotional eater, and in the last 2 years I have lost my Mother and my brother. I have put on 25 pounds as a result of depression. But now I feel like its time to get myself out of this rut and move on with my life. My husband and I have decided that we need to improve our health for the sake of our children. I dont want to lose my husband at an early age and I dont want my children to be with out a mother. We started our diet Feb.12, 2007. So far we have been doing great. I think it is great and a good motivation that we are working together to achieve over-all good fitness and health. When we exercise together it kinda brings us closer together. We are sharing something that we haven't before. In the end I hope we will emerge as weight loss champions. Good luck to everyone!
