It's essential that you weigh yourself at the same time everyday. I was 320 but at a different time of day when I weighed myself. I almost decided not to record a new weight until I was below 320 again but that would only be cheating myself. So 322 today (water weight) i'm sure because how else do you gain 2 lbs during a day in which your water fasting and do 2 HOURS of WORKOUTS!

I have the same problem. I figured that theres no point in measuring your day by day weight loss, because it's too easy for it to fluctuate from water weight and stuff. For me, I just compare my general weight change like over a week to see how I'm doing. I think that tells you more than how much weight you drop/gain in a single day.
