Ate Cajun last night. There is really no healthy option at the Cajun joint. Had the Nawlins Grilled Chicken Breast (the menu actually said "Basted in Butter"), black eyed peas, a mound of dirty rice, french bread and a cup of gumbeaux to boot.
I did go home and run a 5k last night (about 32 minutes) to try to make up for some of it. Not sure how much of a dent that put into it.
I was good for breakfast and lunch yesterday though, yogurt for breakfast and a turkey burger w/ steamed veggies for lunch.
