I'll be 35 this year, and having worked a desk job for 16 years now - these pounds don't want to go anywhere. I am watching my caloric intake now, and it's helped me become more conscious about the everyday things that destroy your planning. I'm talking to you, chips and salsa.

Anyway, signed up on this website about a week ago and I gotta say - I like it. The blackberry app makes it easy to synch stuff as I eat and "exercise". Gotta get better about that.
