Long time no blog. I'm almost starting over at the same place I started at last year (but not quite).

A few days ago I weighed in at 321 pounds and now I am at 315.

I have been working out to the original Tae-Bo for beginners for the past 4 days, and drinking lots of water. My stomach looks a lot less bloated already.

Last year I guess I stopped paying attention to food and my weight once the holidays hit. Then after the holidays I fell into a bit of a depression and gained back some weight.

Looking back at the progress I made last year during the three months I really put my all into it, I am very sad that I did not just stick with it because I could have already been very close to my goal weight right now if I had.

But knowing that makes me very hopeful and determined to be able to look back at this point in my life one year from now and see how far I've come.

Welcome back mellymo. Sometimes the hardest part of our journey is taking that first step going the way we want to go. You're doing great. Keep looking forward and be proud of the steps you've taken.

Welcome back you can do this. It is hard but you dont have to face tgis journey alone. I love this app. The folks here are verry suportful and helpful. Follow me and as i tell all my friends stand with me and you will never stan alone.
