It's that time of the month again. Gained .2 lbs but I am not worried about it. By the time I am down I will have lost it. I need to drink a little more water. I have been slacking off a little, at least I think I am. I haven't been paying attention to how much I am drinking. So i might be getting the water in, not sure.
