Turkey steaks with homemade sauce on top and a few chips, roughly 500 calories. Really tasty

How do you guys cope when the junk food starts creeping in? I was doing well, but I've noticed the takeaways are coming back a bit, and the portions have got slightly bigger. My mind is telling me I don't need it, but I'm still having it, then I feel like crap after for giving in 🥺 I'm going to attempt to start again tomorrow, and forgive myself a bit but I'm so annoyed that I've done it

Slow cooked beef stew, absolutely delicious. Not sure on the calories, but it was yummy

Genuinely surprised at this as I've struggled the last week or so to stick to the diet, but I have been back with it for a few days but I'm happy with this

Having to be a bit stricter with myself, the weekly treat has turned into twice a week treat. I don't want to give in because I was happy with the progress, just need to find my motivation again and crack on with it, but easier said than done 😩
