I've took a few days off from here to take the pressure off a bit, only using it to put my food intake in and the odd look at all your delicious meals. I felt I needed some time to get my head straight so not to fall into previous dangerous behaviours, but I'm happy to say I'm back and very happy with my progress this week. I've also changed my weigh in day from a Friday to Monday, as the temptation was always there to have a 'cheat weekend' instead of maybe just a little treat, and so far has worked for me so looking forward to next week's now

Saw this recipe and thought I'd give it a go, apple crumble oatmeal. It's really nice but the measurements were a bit high for my liking, so next time I'll be halving most of them. I'm having it with a glass of lemon water

Not sure how I only managed to gain a small amount after a naff week, but I am pleased. Feel I've got my head on straight now after taking a few days off to give myself a break, but now back and ready to go

When does the dieting get easier guys? I'm really struggling again 🥺 bad food is just so tempting and easy, I'm literally arguing with myself saying I don't need it but I want it. What can I do to kick my arse into gear? I knew it'd be hard but it's so much harder than I thought. Temptation is everywhere.. Bloody Boris and his eat out to help out 🙄 I don't want to fail, but I'm really struggling at the moment

I'm so happy with this. After failing miserably last week on my diet, I've tried so hard this week and the results are paying off 😬
