I had anticipated this gain but hoped it wouldn’t happen. A big walk yesterday but also ate more. Lots of wood chopping today hopefully followed by a swim along the Cardigan Coast, maybe that will bring me back down again.

Woohoo! 11 1/2 stone. My weight had gradually increased due to perimenopause over the last 2 years. From 10st ish to 12st and I was starting to feel unhealthy and decided to act. Well acting has lost 7lbs and we are going out for a 10km walk this morning although I do have a Chelsea bun as a treat today I’m pretty sure that won’t register on the scales as will still stay under my 1200 calories. Happy weekend!

It’s not quite been two weeks but am chuffed with sticking to the plan and losing weight and the shopping isn’t costing half as much so that’s a bonus! Feeling happy.

Finally after 5 days of maintaining I have lost 1lb. I am hoping this downward loss will continue. I am not finding it difficult which is good and enjoying the meals and not feeling hungry between meals. The shopping costs have gone down too which is always a bonus.
