Day 3 and feeling good. I'm doing EFS
Todays food:
1 cup oatmeal/ sliced strawberries and kiwi (1/2 cup)
1 pria 110 protein bar
1 cup kidney beans w/ 1/2 cup brown rice topped with 1/4 cup salsa
1 strawberry protein smoothie
4 oz shark marinated in berry vinegar/ 1/2 sweet potato/ 1 cup baby carrots sprinkled with 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar and cinn
25 grapes
Total calories- 1269
Today's exercise:
Morning-60 min on bike
Evening-60 min water workout

It's day two and all is good on the food front. I do however have a hard time eating so often. I'm notorious for not eating at all so all these little meals are hard to keep up with. I'm not giving in though...just having trouble stomaching all the food.

I have one month before we go to a group event. Everyone remembers me the way I was before my illness so I want to look and feel as good as posible. Starting fat smash on Monday. Still a little worried about the effects of dieting on my system but I have to try. My hair is really trying to come back and I worry about getting enough nutrients and keeping my stress levels down. It's sad...I was so happy one year ago. This illness stole my life and I want it back!
