100g carrot
100g zucchini
100g tomato
125g skinless chicken breast
75g amaranth
what fat to add have not chosen yet
at least 400g of different veggies [ preferably fresh] should be eaten per day, better if more

Ad a nutritionist I see here many people usually make the same mistakes with their meals while they are loosing weight ..
not getting proper breakfast
it means it always has to be protein + fats +
complex carbs [ preferebly ]
having only carbs, fruits or just protein for brekkie is not the best option at all
if you eat just carbs, fruits where lotsa sugar, or just protein with no fats and fiber, carbs you’ll rise your blood glucose so quickly, then lotsa insulin need to lower that glucose .. when it happens of course you feel no energy to live that day and hunger ..
it’s a straight way to insulin’s resistance and then diabet type 2 .. nowaday so many people like 80-90% have high glucose level all the time, more then 5 moll/L, it’s already insulin’s resistance and issues with carbohydrate metabolism which cause so many health problems

brekkie like this one allows you not to get hungry for long time cause there is carb,fats,protein and fiber [some veggies on a side ], your glucose level won’t get high and tjrn down so quickly after that you’ll defently feel hunger .
