The last 2 days have been rough for no apparent reason. I just seem to be craving salty/crunchy things so I have been going a little overboard on peanuts which I know is not helping my cause. I did great with working out today...30min running and lifting with legs. Trying to keep on track as best I can. I haven't strayed from phase 1 foods...just feel like I was eating too many calories. Why am I so hungry all the sudden!?

I've been following closely to Phase 1 and I already feel great. Soooo wish I didn't get off track to begin with but hey what can ya do. I'm trying not to weigh myself daily anymore, it just gets my mind all screwed up. I just ordered a yoga and pilates dvd to try and change up my workouts a little...I'm getting tired of the gym and I think my body is too. Planning on going for a run tomorrow on the beach...hope the weather isn't too hot! Today I walked 2 miles because my legs are sore from all the lunges and squats I did yesterday. I feel like I'm definitely ready to hit my goal and push through any plateaus that may try to stop me! =)

No more cleansing...just eating healthy and following closely to phase 1. Hopefully my weight stays down and I continue to lose. Tomorrow is July 4th though and I'm going to a bbq....oh boy...

Started the master cleanse 2 days ago but modified it a bit since i hate that lemonade concoction. Staying on for as long as I can then hitting phase 1.
