September 23rd --> I tried to control my over-eating while at school by documenting the different meals that I intended on eating. This was VERY helpful. I knew that given the meals I was going to eat, how many calories I had to "spend" and it was totally helpful!!

I did not weigh myself this week, so I am assuming that I still weigh what i did last week...although, given my calorie intake and my exercise,I might be lower!! yeah...we'll seee. Need to find a scale - maybe I'll go to the gym...ha

So, I almost completed ignored and avoided journaling my calories from yesturday (9/16) because I knew that I was WAY over my acceptable range...2000+ calories..come on, Nicole, get a freaking grip. Was it really necessary to have the extra crab rangoons last night and if you hadn't already gone over your numbers would you have eaten them? I think not. Moderation my dear, moderation.
I packed my lunch for school and thought, "Hm, this will help me so that I don't buy any food And so that I know the food I am eating is healthy." Well, that didn't work because the snack machine had the yummy chocolate milk and chocolate chip cookies...yum. And why did you have to eat what your friend offered?? a yummy peach and a chocolate fiber one bar...was all that extra necessary? especially since you had finished an appropriate snack and hr before, were you even hungry? did I really need to eat all the snacks that I brought to school? Hmmm....how to strategies at school better?? maybe I'll indicate the calories for my food BEFORE I leave for school so that I am more aware of what i'll have leftover in the evening...proactive?! is good! Will try!
Am taking the bus again. Should help with getting in some extra walking and less $$ for parking. Now, have to get accustomed to leaving extra early for bus time! Bus tickets are in the mail!! This makes taking the bus easier when I am not scrounging for change and bills. fun fun.
Sleeping in felt good. chatting with friends was great. will eat lite during the day so that I can enjoy Moroccan night with friends!! yeah!!
