So excited!!!! Finally seeing the numbers drop and the body tone up. Yay! My clothes are already fitting somewhat better. Will need to drop another 3 or 4 for them to all fit again. Regular workouts and a mostly (not entirely) protein and veggie diet is working. Trying to remember to add good fats too. Woot! Can't wait to see another pound drop.

Feeling a little blue today because my man is going to be out of town for 4 days and I have to have a colonoscopy on Monday. Not looking forward to that. Also, it is super hot here and i don't like that. Oh well. I am determined to go work out. Not going to let any excuses work. Help! Here I go!

One word. Yay!!! The progress is slow. BUT it is still progress. And that helps to keep me on track with eating and working out. I think one of the main keys to my having gained so much weight back was that I was no longer working out on a consistent basis. That and the bad carbs. I guess if I needed any proof, I got it. To remain in good shape with good muscular tone I must work out at least 4 if not 5 times a week. Sides, it feels so great and is so good for stress release.
Can't wait to see the scale dip beneath the 140 mark again.

OK Starting to get back on track. I worked out harder than I have in a while yesterday. And it felt really great! I am also trying hard not to think, "I've gotta lose this much by this time." That seems to set me up for failure. I just want to keep seeing the pounds drop away and my slim and fit body return a little more each day.
Best of luck to all of you too! Keep the faith. We can do this!
