Oh my goodness guys! Can't believe I convinced myself that last week's weight was a blip & didn't log it and now I've gained on top of that! I'll have to change things up somehow...

I'm not recording this week's weight because I think it was inflated by water retention. Or should I say, I'm praying it was! I've been focussed on being more active this week and I hope it makes a difference. I've discovered that the current situation and calorie counting just don't go together in my mind, so I'm putting that aside and trying to eat more intuitively. I know I eat too many carbs, but if I'm happier and moving more, that will do me for now!

Forgot to post yesterday. Work has been crazy lately! I'm glad the scale is going the right direction again, need to keep it that way!

Had a terrible few days of work stress, but thankfully that is all behind me now. I'm going to take it easy over the weekend but make preparations for a better week to come.
I realised today that I can do dumbbells bicep curls sitting in my desk chair! The occasional 5 minutes of that should help me to not snack so much, fingers crossed! I'm also going to work on my steps count because I'm not getting 1000 a day most days and that's just crazy!
I'm getting back my positivity - long may it stay!

It's all going wrong folks! WFH is taking away the little movement I was getting. I need to be more disciplined about at home workouts. This is so rubbish!!
