So today I keep thinking it is Sunday - the perils of taking an extra day off work on Thursday lol... Then I remember it's only Saturday & that cheers me up no end :)
I haven't done great on getting more active today, but I have done some housework, so I am feeling ok about everything. Tiny steps forward is all I am expecting from myself at the moment. Just no standing still!

I think today was a step in the right direction. I went to a shop with hubby for the first time in 11 weeks. I was a bit jittery but having a mask on helped & it wasn't busy, so it was ok overall. I think I was more worried about engaging with other people than the fact of being in a shop. I've gotten out of the way of it!
It was a positive experience all in all though. It reminded me that I need to look after myself better, so that I am not ashamed to face people.
My eating today hasn't been terrible, so that's good too :)

I am having a chill out day today, much needed I must say!
My eating has not been perfect, but also not terrible. I think my focus is going to need to be on a) drinking more water and b) moving more.
It's so great to be feeling more in control, things are much more in perspective now.
Anyone doing anything particularly good today?

I'm feeling so much better tonight! I have a plan coming together and my focus is coming back, like a fog is lifting!
Starting tomorrow I am going to be eating sensibly and trying to move more. Simple enough, right???!
