Today was pretty tough. I was home all day, not doing a great deal and I felt hungry often. I somehow managed to stick to plan though, even though I had the appetite to eat double! I'm worried tomorrow will be as hard, but I must not buckle!

I'm so pleased with myself! 4 work days sticking to my calories limit - done! Now to face 3 days at home on a lower limit. Has to happen though if I want the scale to move in the right direction!

So daily journals is not sustainable but I'm sticking to my plans so far this week. It feels like I might actually be gaining control of my foods rather than the other way round!
I'm so excited to see how this affects the scale reading on Monday!

Today was a lot easier than I'd expected! I ate a heap of chicken which definitely helped. After dinner I had 100 calories spare but I didn't end up using them. They'll cover any poor logging.
Yeah, I am logging my food on another app that I've been using for some time. Can't be bothered setting up all my foods again. I'm really just here for the community support, which there seems to be plenty of!
Roll on tomorrow; another day of great foods in moderation!

This gain reflects how badly last week went & why I had to start over yesterday. Hoping for a drop next week!
