I have already found a "FatSecret didn't take into account this unique situation" problem. The caloric intake for me needs to change based on day. One of the other recommendations is adding an "overfeeding" day to keep your body burning fat. So, I need to eat 2157 calories/day in order to hit my goal of 1 pound (of fat) per week, under normal circumstances. I'm a pretty big guy, but my RMR really only is 2652/day. Looking at this, now I need to factor in an overfeeding day. Processes in the body are fluid. If I weigh in on the same day each week, theoretically an overfeeding day won't affect my efforts. I am limiting overfeeding to 1000 calories extra.

With that logic in mind, I need to make up for it through the rest of the week.
This is where it gets "Mathy," sorry.
Base RDI: 2157 kcal
Overfeeding RDI: 3157 kcal
Difference (Base RDI - Overfeeding RDI): 1000 kcal
Daily Difference(Difference / 6 Days): 167-ish kcal
Daily Goal (Base RDI - Daily Difference): 1990

This will make up for my one day where I plan to eat the extra 1000 Calories.
