So it's been a week of no pop, no fast food, no chips, and no candy. I'm sure I still need to fine tune my diet, but just cutting out all that junk has made me feel amazing. It's like when you get the flu or a bad headache, and then the day comes when you're like wow I finally feel better. That's how I feel. I forgot how good it feels not to be bloated, or tired all day. This is all just after a week! I used to be a night owl until I got out of control with my eating. When it finally started to catch up to me I slept all day and went to bed by 8. Now I feel refreshed. My only caffeine is coffee. I refuse to give that up. lol. And it's usually only one or two cups a day. My zen in the morning is coffee and just chilling until the kids get up for school. Anyways, back to feeling good. I'm on cloud nine, and I can't to see how I feel once I lose a big chunk of weight. I'm a night owl again and that makes me happy :)

Wow was I craving pop yesterday!! I didn't drink any, and I'm glad. It feels good to be in control.

I love this warm weekend! I'm definitely going to take advantage of it and get outside. I'll probably walk the dogs later, and take the kids to the park. I hope everyone has a peaceful Sunday. :)

Today is my first day of getting healthy. I would love to have a good relationship with food. I turn to food when I'm angry, or stressed, or even bored. To be honest, I don't think I ever let myself get hungry. I'm going to focus on smaller portions, and drinking more water. I've actually been doing well with the water for about a week now. I've been staying away from pop. I drink a glass of water in the morning, before I even have my coffee.
I plan on getting to the gym this afternoon. I love the gym! I used to go every day, so I'm excited to get started again.
