I've been over weight for about 7 years. When I was in my early 20s I was in the army, and I stayed very fit. The last year I was in though, I got pregnant and took advantage of being able to be lazy. After my second child was born I got out of the army, and my eating habits were horrible. I ate fast food almost every day! I was not raised on fast food or junk food, so I'm not sure why I let myself get so out of control.
I turned 30 this year, and I have made a commitment to myself to get healthy. With a new decade and a new year ahead of me, I feel very confident that I will be successful.

I have two kiddos, and would love to have a couple more, but I need to lose weight first. I'm in school. I'm going to major in English. I love reading and writing. Also, I love animals. I have two dogs, and I would love a couple more of them as well, but we're renting and can only have two dogs. Ah well :)

Anyways, I can't wait to start this journey of a healthy me. It is long over due.
