So today will be cheat day. Going to pick my wife up from visiting family (4 hr drive to the halfway meet spot, 4 hrs back). I
really
don't plan to chase down health food on the road, and doubt I'll feel like eating well or exercising after an 8 hour road trip tonight! So at least I'm looking forward to a nice dinner out...And back on the horse again tomorrow :)

So I'm thinking of pursing a personal trainer certification. Not too sure what all goes into it, or how much it would cost, but I think I'd enjoy it and it would give me more motivation to stay on track.
This diest started when my wife went out of town to visit family for two weeks -- it's easy to focus and do what I need to when only cooking for one, and not dealing with a pregnant lady's cravings :). I always have trouble staying on track when we're together, but I think pursing a trainer cert would give me the last bit of motivation I need to keep going strong. I have a friend who was once overweight, got their cert, and has stayed in great shape (and made money from it!) since. It's inspiring!
