Did my stir fry again today for the missus this time (she was working the last time so she didn't get a taste)
Doubled up on broccoli with a serving of broccoli and made with broccoli and cauliflower rice... bit of a mistake i think, I think she wished she was still at work hahaha

Hm, i wanted to see a bit of a bigger change considering i havent had sugar all week, i've been walking for about 2hours a day, and i've drank nothing but water, (except the odd tea in the mornings and evenings) and eaten like a rabbit.
A loss is a loss though i guess. Lets hope next week is the same outcome

Decided to go for a chicken stirfry
chopped a bunch of veggies up n threw them in a pan with some chicken with some light soy sauce
Tasted really nice
+ i have some for the next few days, 4 portions, with rice or something
