OMG it's working. I took a couple weeks off the diet. Started eating like I intend to when I am "normal". Gained a few, but stabilized. Then went back to the beginning. Lowered carbs and calories and since Monday, I am down 3 lbs! I pray this is the "kickstart" I was hoping for and I will finally break through that damn 200 wall! I just have to pick up my B-complex again now... been out for weeks.I finally feel optimistic again! YAY!

well, sort of accidentally decided that yesterday was the kick start. Under 20 carbs for the day.... 1600 or so calories. Hitting the gym tonight, so we'll see what happens.

I have been increasing my calories and I had a bunch of carbs over the weekend. I wonder if it's time to turn the tables on my metabolism yet. I've gained a couple of lbs... Just waiting.... then I'll pounce.Hit the diet and exercise again sorta like atkins induction.... THEN we'll see if I can break 200! But I think I may need to wait another week....Not sure yet.

Woke up for the first time in WEEKS feeling GOOD! Like something just lifted... no sinus/ear/throat pain...I breathed through my nose... I feel energized and alert. What an amazing feeling! I feel like my entire attitude has changed overnight! See what a bottle of wine can do for ya? That's it... I'm not getting rid of the wine. It's MEDICINAL!!!!! LMAO!
