Well...I slid off the diet track!! But now I'm back..today is a new day and I am going to stay focused!! This morning I woke up so sore and stiff (which is an indicator that I have not been taking care of myself!)..as well had a very upset stomach for the last few days (which is another indicator that I have been eating poorly)

I have slid back a little bit...chocolate pudding, licorice and Corona beer have been the weakness...also went to the movies the other night...ate popcorn and brushetta..first time for "real carbs"...luckily I didn't eat as much as I thought I would...but I think having that on Tuesday triggered my need for the pudding, licorice and beer!!
But...today is always a new day..starting off with a good breakfast..including a fibre drink..finding the days that I don't include tomato juice and enough water, I tend to slip....going to add natural peanutbutter with celery today!! Looking forward to it!!

WEll...I'm quite happy to see a decrease in the scale!! Even though I have had a couple of "cheat days", and even sipped slowly on a nice cold beer last night!!

Had work function last night....decided to have the potatoes and dessert...but I managed to steer clear of the bread!! Also had a small glass of wine...but LOTS of water!

I had origionally put in the wrong weight...186 was from the last time I was at the Dr.s which was on the 28th of May...so 180.4 is my actual starting weight!!
