Omg, I'm wearing a size 18-20 top &20-22 bottoms; I BOUGHT MY FIRST PAIR OF DESIGNER SKINNY JEANS!!! OK so they are for a halloween costume but, hey. lol I've decided to dress like the infamously-famous, Nene Leakes of the Atlanta Housewives & I'm super stoked. Believe it or not, I currently weigh what I weighed in maybe the 11th grade AND, I haven't dressed up for halloween since like maybe the 8th grade. That's so-ooooo crazy! *sigh!* So, I'm doing her hair & her fashion style INCLUDING her shoes- yes, I I'll be rocking heels...@work. (Pray for me, ya'll.) N e whoo, it's late & I just wanted to weigh in & speak briefly on the ah-ha moment that I'm experiencing now... I've stopped being mad @ the world for DOWN PLAYING allll-lll the rewards, benefits & overall GREAT time you have all along the way TOWARDS the goal- YEAH I SAID IT! OK,...I'm HAPPY even tho I have 80 lbs to go! If I would have known it would be this way-you know the rest. :) Aloha!

Trying to get it! ;) Will be incorporating exercise VERY soon- I'm glad I waited to start... somewhat glad and I am really eager to start the program I can come-up with to NOT be saggy while losing weight and after my weight loss. I am not now even though I'm 100 down from my highest weight ever. I see why (now) it was a good thing to stay in the induction phase strong for at least 3 days up to 14 days and then do "maintenance" or "carb conscious" eating for 1-4 days. Doing that over and over has really given me the strength I need to move forward. I keep telling myself, "This time we are are gonna stick to 20 grams of carbs until it's over!" ... but I never do and I honestly think I'm better for it. Perseverance is the key; whenever I fall down, it is unacceptable for me NOT to get back up.

I have changed my goal weight from 245-230 to 200... 199 is good- hey, maybe I'll just decide to hover close to 200 but never over. ;)
