So today I finished 5 days straight working out after work. I go on my cycling machine for 30 minutes. I don't have kids so I don't have that commitment after work to see to them. I realized that it takes me about an hour to exercise, bath and get ready for family time. This is the only hour in the day that's mine and for me. I rush off to work in the morning and I'm my employer's for the day. After "my me time" I'm my family's. So this hour is mine. To help me improve my health and well-being for everyone around me. I was so amazed that from 24 hours. I only have 1 for me. Just something I thought I'd share for us to realize that we can spare some time for ourselves without been selfish

Hi everyone. So I started early this year with trying to eat right and I have lost weight which is great. I have gained a bit these last few weeks because of Easter and it's been cold in Durban so every night was a snack with my hot drink and rice with every meal. I was thinking that every year I start off good but slowly go back to my bad habits but not this year. I want to go shopping and pick out what I like opposed to what can cover the fat most. So I want to set a goal for myself from May to October to try my best for myself to make the best choices for me .I owe this to myself and I will do it for me. Wish me luck
