It's funny when my body fat percentage goes down yet my BMI keeps going up.
Mainly because I've gained a reasonable amount of muscle.
According to my BMI only Im getting less and less healthy.
Just as well I'm using the body composition machine at the gym to get more in depth results. ☺️

I'm back again, after a long break of calorie counting 😊
Been hitting the gym very regularly for a while now, and while my weight has gone up, my body fat percentage is down to 29% now and I'm way stronger than what I used to be.
I can now lift over a total of 40 ton of weights in about 2hrs 40 mins.
Would like to get that fat percentage down though. Currently aiming for a realistic figure of 20% and see how I feel after that.

Moving out of my toxic situation recently at my ex partners house, really seems to have helped with the weight loss, I might not have my own place yet, but I'm actually happier. 🙂

I'm not sure how accurate body fat percentage scales are, it says 40.2% body fat, it is coming down, was at about 50% originally, I'm sure it has to be a fair bit less than that seeing as I've gained muscle over the last 2 years. Anyone had any experience of this?
