Note To Self...Nutella is a trigger food for me. Whew so good.\going to gym with family.\
So Stinkn Hot here! ALl you can do is lay down to stay cool.

I fell for Nutella being a healthy food. WRONG! But it is GOOD!!!!!!!!!!
I saw it every morning on the breakfast buffett in the hotel in Rome.
It is a dessert.

Appreciate all the comments. I will have to control myself around it. I looked in the kitchen and my 5 year old had gotten the Nutella and took a big spoonful and was loving it! THe apple does not fall far from the tree.
Did 30 min Zumba and 16 minutes of eliptical machine.

I did 30 day shred this morning before work.
Breakfast was good oatmeal,blueberries,walnuts-YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and of course coffee.
Does anyone have a recipe for whole wheat pizza crust?
