yo yo yo. I'm yo yo. back down. I can tell that I'm losing body fat but retaining muscle. my clothes are so loose and my rings are loose too. the fasting is working and is so easy. I'm saving money while buying organic. crazy!! I'll take it. 😊🧡

well wouldn't you know. up down up down. I'm so frustrated. one cup of rice throughout the day and I gained nearly 3 lbs. wow. I'm so diligent about eating healthy and only purchasing good high quality food. no sugar or processed foods why can't I lose? i might need a full reset. 72 hour fast scares the bejeebers out of me.

going to avoid the weigh in. I weighed in. 2 days ago and had finally broke the 170s for the umpteenth time. only to make the best vegetarian green curry. I of course had to make rice. I did only make a cup, in my defense. lol but, I have not had carbs like that in a minute. broke my fast with it and decided to fast until dinner as a result. ergggg. one day of pleasure is hardly worth it. all I keep thinking of is the leftovers. 🤨🍛
