I am 71 years old and very fit. I play tennis almost every day in the winter and four times a week in the summer. I ride my bike, dance, do weight resistance training and watch what I eat. My mother died at 97 and my grandmother at 103 so I expect to be around for a long time yet.
I used Isagenix for a couple of years to lose the 20 libs I had put on while I was nursing my mother for the last six months of her life. I lost 16 lbs but I got fed up with the shakes etc, so when I read an article about the Dukan diet a few weeks ago I switched to that. So far I really love it, find it very easy and have lost 5 of the 8 lbs I need to lose to reach my optimum weight of 136 lbs.
This site is great for me as I am reminded to work towards my goal by the two weekly weigh ins.
