I'm a 40 year old mother of 4. They range in age from 6 to 14. I had back surgery on August 19 to correct a cyst pressing on my nerve. We recently moved across country and I am afraid that I've been using that as an excuse to overeat for almost a year. My husband and I walk every am for an hour, but I know that is not cutting it anymore. I vow to be at 130 by spring break in April. I know that is coming up, but I feel that if I set an aggressive goal, I'll get pretty close. Counting carbs is fairly new to me, and fixing dinner for the family is going to be tricky (they love pasta), but I can DO IT! The low carbs and excercise have GOT to do something!
