I'm a writer/photographer/foodie who wants to drop the excess baggage. Cleaning out my system after years of too much coffee and wine sounds doable. I currently eat pretty good - healthy ingredients, but I tend to not worry about making it fattening - does that make sense? So i need to be more strict with myself...I have two cats and live in a tiny town in the mountains.
