Well, had my surprise child when I was 31 after thinking I was finished with the first two and never managed to get the weight off. Now I am 40, I can't let this weight train continue on. The kids are older now and I have to get somewhat back to myself. I feel quite motivated as I have lost 20 lbs so far, and need to lose 30 more to feel comfortable in my own skin.
