My name is Kelly I am 26, 27 in July I have a four year old daughter called Keira-Mai and I have always struggled with my weight. When my daughter was 10weeks old I started weight watchers and in 19months lost over 6stones with the help of a divorce. Got to 139.5lbs

Remarried again April 2009 after putting on 21lbs and the weight just crept up especially after suffering a miscarriage. In June 2009 I started back at weight watchers weighing in at 187lbs. Really struggled to get any weight off at all and by March 2010 had only lost 6.5lbs, which was terrible.

Realising I was a major carb addict I decided to cut it out completely and with the help of the Atkins way of eating, I will do just do that.
