After my divorce in October, I gained about 25lbs. Depression sat in, I drank too much wine and stuffed my face. It took 5 months of feeling sorry for myself to get to the point where my weight made me more depressed than my divorce. The added weight kept me from trying to date. Mid March I decided to get back to the gym... April 8th I started another round of HCG Injections... 196 when I started Thursday and Im down 8.2lbs today April 11. :) Im walking an hour on the treadmill almost everyday. HCG and VLCD works. This is my 3rd round on it over the last 5 years. It takes a lot of preparation but no that Im single, Time is all I have :) Excited and feeling great. I love this site and APP.. Its so useful and has everything you need to succeed.
