I was always "the chubby kid" and have been packing excess weight for a long time. Now on the wrong side of 50, I'm dealing with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. It's time to do something.
I've spent most of the last forty years either driving or chained to a desk. Exercise and healthy eating just weren't on the schedule. So, goodbye sandwiches and fast food cheese burgers, hello veggies!
